PDF vs pack list

Check FNSKU labels before printing

Upload one label PDF and one canonical pack list. LabelProof decodes supported barcodes, reconciles FNSKU counts, and shows the exact pages that need human review.

Free public beta. No checkout. Not affiliated with Amazon.

What the checker compares

Label PDF

One unencrypted PDF, up to 50 pages and 20 MB. The current beta supports Code 128 / FNSKU-style values.

Canonical pack list

One UTF-8 CSV with required fnsku and quantity columns. Optional SKU, ASIN, and title fields can preserve evidence.

How to check a batch

  1. Export the final FNSKU label PDF you intend to print.
  2. Prepare a UTF-8 CSV pack list using the LabelProof template.
  3. Run the free check. LabelProof reconciles decoded identifiers and quantities.
  4. Inspect every page marked WARNING, FAIL, or NEEDS REVIEW.
  5. Review physical-label requirements and run a test print before the full batch.

What it does not verify

Read the FNSKU label requirements checklist and verify the current instructions shown in your Seller Central workflow.

FNSKU checker FAQ

What does the checker compare?

Supported barcodes decoded from one unencrypted PDF are compared with FNSKU identifiers and quantities in one UTF-8 CSV pack list.

Does PASS guarantee Amazon acceptance?

No. PASS is a pre-print reconciliation result after human review. It does not verify the physical unit or guarantee Amazon acceptance.

Can it check photos, XLSX, or password-protected PDFs?

No. Those formats are outside the current beta scope.

Can I test it without customer files?

Yes. Use the clearly marked synthetic PDF and synthetic CSV.
