This draft describes current public-site data use. It is not a completed legal policy.
What we collect now
If you run a check, the selected PDF and CSV are uploaded to the LabelProof server for processing. Working files stay there until you delete the check. Server logs may include IP address and user agent.
What we do not want
Do not upload files you are not allowed to process, and do not send raw customer PDFs to general AI tools or public CRMs.
Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics 4 loads only after you choose Accept analytics. Google may receive basic browser and device information, IP-derived location, page views, and product events such as opening the checker, selecting a PDF or CSV, the server accepting an upload, a result becoming ready for review, completing a review, downloading a report, deleting a check, viewing the sample report, and downloading a template. Analytics events do not contain check IDs, file names, file contents, FNSKUs, pack-list values, or report results. No advertising pixels are installed.
